About Suresh Sundarababu

Suresh Sundarababu has excelled as an executive leader with almost 30 years of experience in implementing strategies to scale and transform global organizations. With a purpose of “Not trying to change the world, but want to change the world I touch”, he works with purpose-driven organizations with strong values to create impact and value for all stakeholders in the communities they serve. With a unique personal and professional multicultural identity and robust organizational intelligence, Suresh is a trusted leader and a strategic thinking partner to help leaders drive change.
In addition to his “traditional job” role, as the Director of External Partnerships in the Technology and Innovation office at National Instruments, an Emerson Company, where he helps guide long-term innovation projects in collaboration with eminent academic and research thought leaders, Suresh is deeply involved, through multiple startups and non-profit organizations, to help underserved founders and BIPOC youth to create a future that is impactful and equitable to everyone.
Suresh has a MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and a BE in Electrical and Communication Engineering from Bharathiar University in India. An Austinite for 30 years and along with his wife Anna, his world revolves around raising two wonderful boys, Devan and Dylan.
