Her ability to work with teams to navigate and manage the challenges and moving parts involved with building the future and driving change has resulted in successful new business models, partnerships and client relationships that drive value. Prior employers include Dell, where she partnered with the global leadership team to lead and manage the ongoing challenges of an unprecedented operational and cultural transformation. Responsible for developing and implementing a plan aimed at preparing the organization to successfully transition Dell’s PC business from a primarily supply chain focused company to a marketing and product-centered business. She has international and domestic consulting experience with Deloitte, and has advised Avon, Banamex – Citigroup, BBVA, Bimbo, Cemex, Coca-Cola Export, Femsa Bottling Group, Grupo Maseca, Grupo Alfa, Grupo BAL, IBM, Liverpool, L’Oréal, Mission Foods, Pemex, Sabritas, Siemens, Texas Dept. of Criminal Justice, United States Air Force, Vitro. Patricia earned an MBA from IPADE Business School in Mexico and has a BBA in Marketing & Design from the Parsons School of Design.
