About Jimena Gamboa Bonilla

Born in Bogota, Colombia, Jimena has made Austin, Texas her home for the past ten years. She is passionate about empowering immigrants and under-represented groups, serving her community, and exploring the nation’s National Parks.
As a Learning and Development Program Manager, Jimena helps organizations prioritize employee learning to support their growth and success. Her superpower is tackling issues related to employee belonging in the corporate sector and through it, has launched and led employee interest groups for women and DEIB programs.
Jimena wants to leverage her knowledge of learning and development and employee belonging to contribute to the wider social impact sector and help entrepreneurs build businesses that put people first.
