Sharing Deal Memos

The SWAN Impact Network is pleased to share syndication opportunities with other angel networks.

Before sharing or receiving due diligence information, SWAN puts in place a non-reliance agreement. SWAN will consider another network’s version of such an agreement.

• The SWAN Deal Lead is authorized to sign SWAN’s version of the non-reliance agreement on behalf of SWAN.
• If another network’s agreement is used, the SWAN Executive Director is the signer for SWAN.

In both cases, the Lead saves the executed agreement in dealum.
