Ali Thaver, MD

Ali Thaver is a physician with a passion for value-based care. He trained in Internal Medicine from Johns Hopkins and got his Masters in Health Policy, Planning and Financing from the London School of Economics (LSE). He also completed fellowships focused on clinical ethics and health economics at the University of Chicago.

Ali has worked as a public health consultant for projects funded by the World Health Organization and the United Nations and, as a health economics associate at LSE, developing frameworks for cancer drug reimbursement. Additionally, he has conducted research on topics ranging from pharmaceutical economics, the patient-physician relationship, infectious diseases, and maternal and child. He currently serves as an Internal Medicine doctor at Jai Medical Systems Managed Care Organization, Inc. in Baltimore, Maryland.
