SWAN portfolio company Skyven Technologies has announced that its Arcturus industrial heat pump demonstration center achieved a sustained coefficient of performance (COP) of 8.0—making the system approximately ten times more efficient than a conventional boiler.
The milestone highlights Arcturus’ potential to significantly reduce industrial steam costs and carbon emissions, particularly for European manufacturers.
