The Future of Impact Investing – virtual meeting
We are at an incredible moment in history. World-changing external forces–climate, technology, a pandemic–are reshaping our societies at the same time investors and consumers reorient to place values and purpose at the center of all affairs. Within this rapidly shifting economic landscape, the desire to integrate values into our actions, both charitable and financial, is clear.
Social Venture Partners Dallas was an early adopter of impact investing, believing it to be an effective strategy for sustained good. We continue to champion the impact that can occur at the intersection of financial return and social good. Looking forward from this moment in history, the discipline of impact investing will have to further mature as a tool for impact in the new economy.
Join our conversation as we explore what has gone well in impact investing and what the future holds for making good more sustainable and equitable.

Webinar: Angel Investing in the Current Economic Environment
The economy is worrisome. How should you think about angel investing in the next 12 months?
We have been here before. There was the dot.com bust in 2001 and the housing crash in 2008. What investing lessons were learned from those down cycles, and how can those lessons inform your near-term investment decisions?
Please join a conversation with senior SWAN Impact Network leadership regarding where we are in the startup capital cycle, lessons learned, how startups need to respond to the current environment, how to protect angel investments and investees, and advice for angels on the road ahead.
The online conversation will provide time to hear and discuss your questions.
We hope you will join us for this conversation, which is open to the public. Registration closes 30 minutes prior to the webinar.
