With nearly 20 years of executive leadership and consulting experience in the healthcare industry, Jill is a leadership and business consultant, specializing in leadership development, team building, organizational behavior, and organizational culture assessment and development. Jill holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Management as well as an MBA from Georgia State College and University. She received a Master of Science in Leadership and Ethics in 2015 from St. Edward’s University.
With a passion for supportive and ethical leadership, and an insightful understanding of the importance and impact of organizational culture, Jill will serve as the Director of Endeavor Management’s Central Texas Division to expand Endeavor’s market (http://www.endeavormgmt.com).
Her goal is to leverage Endeavor’s talented team in areas such as business/organizational transformation with a special emphasize addressing the critical need to teach leaders how to lead effectively.
Jill is also the founder of Mosaic Leadership Development, LLC. She is dedicated to educating, mentoring, and creating millennial leaders with integrity and a passion for serving those around them. As a university professor, Jill has unique insight into the talents and challenges of millennials and a keen understanding of their values, what motivates them, and what they want in their future career. Her talent lies in the ability to nurture and guide this powerful generation toward transformation through effective leadership and intentional business strategies while honoring their desire to serve their community and make a positive impact on the world.
